Our principal is Ms. Pao Lin Ball-Hatch, an Asian American citizen who has a law degree from Seattle University School of Law. Her primary associate for business consulting, William M. Hatch has been involved in quality management, process improvement and organizational assessments since his time with the United State Marine Corps and upon retirement with Gartman and Associates.
